Grannies and Ripple Done!

My Grannie Ripple is done! Finally getting pictures of it up on here :)
The Ripple pattern is from Lucy at Attic 24 and my color choices are inspired from Alice at Crochet with Raymond. She has used these colors many times and it always looks so nice!
I added a section of granny squares in the middle for something different. It looks a little weird in the picture, but looks gorgeous in person! :) It is very cloudy here and lightly snowing, the sun never shines here anymore for good pictures. I wanted a hand sewn look on the grannies so I used needle and yarn to sew them all together then to attach the grannies section to the ripples too.
Colors are 4 pink shades, 3 gray shades and 3 red shades. The pictures look a bit washed out on here, don't know why since there is no sun.

  2. That's awesome Nancy! I love those colors together. And the grannie's in the middle are cool looking! It kind of looks like three blankets side by side on the clothes line. :o)
