French toast and homemade sauce

This is a non-crochet related post, but hey, we yarnaholics have to eat too right?
While making french toast for breakfast this morning, I created this sauce to go on it. The average person probably uses butter and maple syrup on their french toast, so I made it into a sauce with a few other ingredients. You'll need:
1 large banana
about 2 TB butter
1/4 maple syrup
vanilla
cinnamon
nutmeg

Put all this into a small saucepan. I sliced the banana into thin slices then kinda mashed them smaller with a whisk. Heat this mix on low while your making the french toast, stirring now and then. That's it!
This was enough for 2 adults, so make more for the kids! It is GOOD! :)
