Macrame Plant Hangers

Before I started crocheting about 10 years ago, I made many things with macrame cord. I sold alot of plant hangers, mostly to garden shops, and an AOL online blog I had a shop in.I also made a large toy/stuffed animal holder thingy with 3 big round 12-20 inch shelves in it for my daughter when she was little. I wish I could find those pictures.  But....here are my new designs I've been working on. I have white ones, brown, maroon, white/maroon combo, white with tan accents, tan, and I have many more colors yet to make including Christmas colors, and Halloween.

It suddenly was super windy when I was taking these pictures, so if they look a little crooked or funny looking, that is why! LOL

Great to see some macrame! I love the one with the flat dish, I could see it in my garden for the small birds...

That looks like the sort of thing I used to do before I discovered crochet.

Retro love, that macrame!!! I learned how in my art class in HS and I made so many plant hangers like those. My mom had a green and white kitchen with fern wallpaper and I made white hangers with green (big) ceramic beads. I think she had pothos growing in them. I planned on making some after I moved, thanks for the inspiration! Those were the days!

These are wonderful. I have fond memories of the macrame planters my mom and Grandma had.
