Shawls Complete!

My two shawls are complete! First is a extra large Granny Square Shawl. No color is repeated! And I did a row of white in between each color. Around the edge I did a very small ruffle, and single crochet along the top. I love this so much I want it for myself!!! But, I'm just not a shawl kinda person, so it went into my Etsy shop.

My other shawl is a long rectangular one, done in the Catherine's Wheel stitch. I used 3 different pinks, 2 greens and white in between the rows. This is listed in my shop too. I will have some more goodies to show you in the next day or two!

Beautiful shawls Nancy! Boy, you are speedy. I love the colors and I have never tried the Catherine Wheel stitch but I need to because yours looks so pretty. I'm not a shawl person either but I love to make them. Not quite as much work as an afghan but big enough to create a beautiful fabric.

love the granny square one, it's so colourful. I know what you mean, i don't think I'm a shawl person either, which is a shame as there are so many patterns I'd like to make!
